Overview
The deep conviction to address a critical societal gap led me to co-found Oppimi Group. Our mission was to bridge the divide between healthcare and education by developing accessible AI-based digital diagnosis and treatment toolsspecifically designed to assist children affected by learning disabilities.
As Co-Founder and CEO, I secured three rounds of investments and built a diverse, high-performing international team that grew from 3 to 45 members. I personally led the strategy for market entry and product launches across three distinct continents (Canada, Italy, and China), launching two products onto the Chinese market, a testament to the power of strategic distribution. Guiding the company through its growth trajectory to a successful acquisition in the pre-revenue stage in 2020 was a powerful validation that you can achieve both mission-driven impact and strong commercial success. I also served as Chairman of the Board.

ANALYSIS OF CHALLENGES AND LEARNING
The major challenge was international fundraising and navigating diverse regulatory and cultural landscapes(Canada, Italy, China) for market entry. Successfully raising capital required adapting the business plan for different investor profiles. The key learning was that a great product is not enough; strategic distribution is the key to winning by establishing effective partnerships and tailored go-to-market strategies for each region.
